The Founder Tree Assessment is run by Amol Karale, author of Scale Yourself First, Mumbai, India. If you have any question about your details, message on WhatsApp at +91 95945 55724.

• Your assessment answers, which we use to calculate your score, founder type and weakest area.
• The details you type in the form: name, WhatsApp number, email, city, business name (optional), and how your business is set up — industry, role, years running, team size, revenue range (optional), your challenges, what you want most, whether you have worked with a coach before, how you heard about us, the one change you want in the next 90 days, and how ready you feel (1–10).
• Whether you tap "Reserve my seat" or "Get my free copy of the book", so we know who to follow up with.
• If you arrived from an ad or a link, which ad or link brought you here (such as the source, medium and campaign names). This helps us improve where we share the assessment.

We use your details to send you your results, to reply to you on WhatsApp or email, to reserve your seat at Root Cause Day if you ask for it, and to send you your free copy of Scale Yourself First if you request it. We may also use them to share follow-up messages about the book, workshops and other work by Amol Karale. You can ask us to stop these messages at any time — just reply "stop" on WhatsApp.

If our ads are running, we use a Meta (Facebook) Pixel on this site. It helps us see how many people start and finish the assessment, and whether our ads are working. It may set cookies on your browser and share information with Meta. You can switch this off in your browser settings or opt out of ads personalisation in your Facebook account settings.

Your details are stored securely and can only be viewed by Amol Karale and the people who help him run this assessment. Your answers are never shown to other visitors or shared publicly. Your name or business is never used in any marketing without your permission.

Your progress and your form entries are saved on your own device (in your browser's storage) so you can close the page and continue later. This stays on your device until you finish the assessment or clear your browser data.

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Message +91 95945 55724 on WhatsApp with the name and number you used, and your details will be removed. You can also ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct anything.

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page. If the change is important, we will say so clearly.
